AGF Group is a Puerto Rico based family conglomerate that began in real estate with Global Equities Realty, PSC. In just five years it became the third largest residential sales brokerage firm on the island, surpassing $60 million in sales by 2006.
After the 2008 market shift, AGF evolved toward acquiring distressed assets — REOs and mortgage notes from banks and private equity portfolios — building a vertically integrated team of engineers, architects, attorneys, appraisers, brokers and contractors focused on redeveloping commercial properties to their highest and best use.
Today AGF is the largest and preferred landlord in Puerto Rico for Fresenius Medical Care Clinics, and is actively developing new commercial buildings and land sites across Puerto Rico and Miami.

Throughout the years AGF’s acquisition strategy from a bear market perspective, allowed the creation of a robust portfolio with over 650,000 rentable square feed of income producing properties and a vast array of reputed nationwide tenants.
AGF is actively developing several new commercial building and land sites and recently finished the acquisition of a medical and institutional portfolio of 8 properties and 265,000 square feet. These transaction made AGF the largest and preferred landlord in Puerto Rico for the Fresenius Medical Care Clinics, a public company with over 3,600 clinic in all United and over 22 countries worldwide.
